History to Mystery in Colorado
I recently had the honor of sharing my History to Mystery presentation with the Pikes Peak Library District in Colorado Springs!
That’s right: you don’t have to be from Spokane or even familiar with Spokane to enjoy the Spokane Clock Tower Mysteries!
In fact, some of the top reviews have come from people NOT from Spokane:
“Not only surpassed my expectations, it also fired up my brain and I still can’t get the feeling out of my head.” — PurposeofaBook, New York
“Absolutely loved this book! …Could not stop!!” — Corina, Colorado
“From her ingenious title to the well-formed characters with quirks, Patricia Meredith has crafted a mystery that is unique and entertaining.” — Tonya Mitchell, Ohio
“The dialogue makes me want the characters to be my neighbor and the details of the time period are spot on.” — Bibliobrunette, New York
“You will be addicted.… There’s charm, wit, mystery, irony…. You will love these characters!” — Anne, Kansas
(And those are just from people who have told me where they’re from!)
Watch the video below to hear more about the history behind the first book in my historical mystery series, Butcher, Baker, Candlestick Taker.

Libraries are incredible! I’ll be sharing more about how they help authors over on YouTube, but you can also check out my blog here about why libraries are amazing!
Be sure to visit my Events page to find out when I’ll be doing my next virtual event through a library. The great thing about virtual is that ANYONE can attend from ANYWHERE!
Would you like to schedule an event with me through your library? Have your library email me at author(at)patricia-meredith.com today to start the conversation!
Does your library have a copy of Butcher, Baker, Candlestick Taker and Cupboards All Bared available? Let me know in the comments!
Thanks for watching and reading!
